  1. How long has your internet training been available?
    Our unique web-based courses have been online since early 2000. Keep in mind that the practical training which follows (see our course calendar) is very important - you will receive hands-on training for CPR/EAR with a qualified Instructor.

  2. Do you also run longer courses?
    Yes, we provide 2-day courses and 1-day refreshers where requested - onsite for groups and workplaces.

  3. When can I start my online study?
    Passwords for access to our internet pre-study are available whenever you are ready to start - just call or send us an email. For groups, all we require is a list of names - you can send this though via email or from our bookings page.

  4. Do I also have to attend a class?
    Yes, the practical component is where you learn and practice resuscitation techniques with a qualified and experienced Instructor. See our course calendar - or call to discuss a training date for yourself, your business, club or workplace. You will also receive an up-to-date First Aid manual on the day.

  5. Is there an alternative to the internet pre-study?
    Yes, we can send you a workbook and manual if you do not have access to the internet, or for anyone who prefers to study this way. (Prior payment is required)

    We run regular classes for individuals and smaller groups around Brisbane - see our course calendar for dates. We provide onsite training for groups and workplaces.

    We keep class sizes smaller so they're friendly and less daunting. Our Instructors can provide individual attention where required.

  4. What experience do your instructors have?
    Our Instructors are all Cert IV or Diploma level trainers/assessors, with a background or career in Ambulance, Nursing, Military or Emergency Services First Aid.

    We accept Cheques, Postal Money Orders, EFT and Credit Cards - and payment on the day by arrangement.

  6. Is your training accredited?
    Yes, our courses and training are fully accredited with VETAB - providing a Nationally Recognised certificate. Course content is based on guidelines from The Australian Resuscitation Council and as an RTO our courses are equivalent to, or exceed comparable courses.
